All sales are final. We cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges, unless an order is submitted without all the necessary information for processing; so please do keep that in mind when ordering. Some styles are only available in specific sizes to avoid any unnecessary delays.
As a guideline for the Minifee/MSD sizes, our sizing work as follows;
Unoa/Minifee XS = Mir, Halloween (Approximately 6.5")
Minifee S = Celine, Mio, Sia (Approximately 6.8")
Minifee M = Chloe, Rheia, NF Family, Risse (Approximately 7")
Minifee L = Rin, Luka (Approximately 7.2")
Orders placed during this preorder are expected to ship within approximately 4-6 weeks, but that may vary slightly depending on order volume. Please note that orders are not necessarily made in the order they are received. Due to fluctuations in available supplies, we may work out of order to get through orders as quickly as possible.
To try and streamline the entire process we have a new accessible spreadsheet documenting the order status's which will be updated daily.
SD size short cuts will now be made longer in the back in order to accomodate SWITCH, and other exceptionally tall heads, as in previous years they did not always have enough length to fit properly.
Where applicable, braids will be sent DETACHED so that you can position them according to your personal preference.
Please note that our wigs are now made much thicker than they have been in previous years. If you prefer them much thinner, please be sure to specify this in your order notes.
--- GENERAL INFORMATION ---
Our wigs are made of hand dyed fibre, which is attached with the utmost care; but due to their handmade nature, there may be slight flaws and imperfections. Please do keep this in mind when ordering. If you are looking for perfection, our wigs may not be for you!
Please be sure to carefully measure your doll’s head to ensure the best possible fit. Our wigs are made with a hard cap that has little to no give, and we cannot be held responsible should your wig not fit properly.
Soy is a lovely hypoallergenic plant fibre, suitable for those with animal allergies.
Our soy is carefully processed to be suitable for doll wigs, using all vegan products! When styling our wigs, water and human hair products should be avoided; but they can be styled with heat tools!
While we do take extra precautions to be sure that all excess colour has been removed from the fibre before the wigs are made, extra caution should be taken with dark colours to avoid any staining, as with all doll wigs. We cannot be held responsible for any colour transfer that may occur.
Please note that our wigs are for display purposes, they are not toys.
Upon arrival, you will need to brush your wig thoroughly to loosen the fibres, as they do get compressed during transit, we recommend using a fine tooth metal comb for this. It may take a few days for the soy to bounce back to its expected level of fluff, so please don’t despair! A good brushing will help it return to normal!
Please do keep in mind that we do not ship every day. During an order period we may only ship a few times, or depending on our current workload, shipments may actually be held until the end of the order period.
All orders are shipped uninsured without tracking by default, but you may choose to purchase tracking for an additional fee. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages sent without tracking, please do consider purchasing tracking at additional cost if you are concerned.
In most cases shipping takes between 5-14 depending on where you are located, but occasionally it does take longer. Please note that when ordering during the holiday seasons, shipping times can be much longer than usual.
Please be sure to double check your postal address at checkout, as that is where we will be shipping your order.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under most circumstances; but please do contact us if there is a problem with your order, we’re happy to help if your item is somehow defective.
The studio is a smoke free environment, but it should be noted that it is home to two fluffy bunnies, and we do work with alpaca on occasion.
